This first clip is just over four minutes long and sets out the background that the UK public believe that their coffee cups are being recycled but actually they're not. 

The videos have been removed from YouTube because they breached copyright!   

This second clip is five and half minutes long and features Martin Myerscoughirst explaining the frugalpac cup and how the recycling process fails with current cups but works with the frugalpac cup.

And this last clip (four and a half minutes) shows Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall trying his hardest to embarrass the coffee chains into acting on the issue.
